Job Description
Amazon's Unified Content Processing Platform, part of Compliance Shared Services, is seeking a talented Front End Engineer to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. This role involves building interfaces for software systems that ensure a safe shopping experience for Amazon customers, validate regulatory compliance across our supply chain, and simplify compliance for selling partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain micro-front-ends hosted in AWS using JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and React.
- Create and deliver reusable front-end libraries.
- Enhance performance and user interaction design.
- Research solutions for technically ambiguous problems.
Basic Qualifications
- Professional experience in front-end, web, or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agile software development methodology.
- Familiarity with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node.
