We are looking for a motivated Senior Front End Engineer to help us build world-class software. We’re seeking experienced software engineers who have built scalable, highly available, and secure systems. The team is looking for a Software Engineer to build key features and backend cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects and collaborate across engineering, product, and design to shape our product vision.
- Work closely with UX designers and product managers to develop dynamic UI experiences.
- Enhance and optimize existing services to improve reliability, scalability, and flexibility.
- Provide mentorship to other engineers and help change development processes to increase developer productivity and project predictability.

The Software Services team at eero is a collaborative group of people who build high-quality software solutions. The team is laser-focused on delivering solutions for ISPs, SMBs as well as consumers. We value a culture of transparency and constantly aim to strike a balance between maintaining professionalism while keeping things light-hearted and fun.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS experience.
- 1+ years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis) experience.
- Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of agile software development methodology experience.
- Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
