Mission of this role:
As a Medior Frontend Developer at Rentman, you will join our international team to simplify the lives of event industry suppliers globally. You'll collaborate with both frontend and backend developers to design and implement new features, guiding feature development from design to release. You'll also work closely with our architecture team to enhance the application stack and with our Design team to improve UX.
What will you do?

Our stack:
- Angular for frontend development
- Laravel and PHP for some microservices
- AWS for backend deployment
- Websockets for data synchronization
- Continuous integration for system management
Testing approach:
- Automated E2E tests with Ghost Inspector
- Mobile app tests with Appium and Webdriverio
- Weekly manual regression testing
- Integration of automated testing in our CI/CD pipeline
Methodology:
We use the scrum methodology, run two-week sprints, and have a weekly release cycle. Our development teams are self-organizing and consist of a product owner, frontend and backend developers, and a scrum master. A separate QA team assists with testing and the release process.

Our software is used by over 250,000 professionals globally to manage their rental projects efficiently. We are based in Utrecht, Netherlands, and our software is available in multiple languages.

What we are looking for:
- Academic background in computer science or similar
- 4+ years of experience as a frontend developer
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with complex Single Page Applications
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
