Job Overview
Join Riverty, a pioneering FinTech company, as a Medior Frontend Developer. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of the frontend built by the Videoland Onboarding team. You will own small- to medium-sized features, guiding them from inception through completion on time. This position requires a passionate software engineer with a solid understanding of core frontend web technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Next.js.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the frontend.
- Own features from inception through completion.
- Provide thoughtful, constructive code reviews.
- Follow best practices and industry standards in architecture and software design.
- Participate actively in improving engineering practices.
Your Profile
- A passionate software engineer with knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Next.js.
- Completed university or higher vocational education, preferably in Computer Science.
- 2-4 years of experience as a front-end developer.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, with at least 2 days a week in the Hilversum office.
Your Team
The Videoland Onboarding team is responsible for all activities surrounding the onboarding, managing, and invoicing of Videoland subscribers. Videoland is a major online streamer in the Netherlands with big ambitions, requiring new capabilities to be incorporated into the subscription options and billed accordingly.
