Position Overview
Join Spring Health as a Full Stack Engineer where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our innovative platform aimed at improving mental health care. Responsibilities
- Design and expand the capabilities of our API built with Ruby on Rails, which powers several web apps and a mobile app.
- Develop and enhance our web front ends and app, built in React.
- Contribute to our design system/component library to build thoughtful UI and components.
- Advocate for and implement decisions on architectural changes like microservices or enhancing our monolith.
- Ensure the codebase remains robust and scalable as our business grows.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for software quality.
What You'll Bring
- 2-4 years of professional development experience with a focus on both backend and frontend technologies.
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React.
- Experience with TypeScript, Docker, AWS, and GraphQL API design is highly desirable.
- A passion for test-driven development, pair programming, and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
