Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview

Join Spring Health as a Full Stack Engineer where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our innovative platform aimed at improving mental health care. Responsibilities

Design and expand the capabilities of our API built with Ruby on Rails, which powers several web apps and a mobile app.
Develop and enhance our web front ends and app, built in React.
Contribute to our design system/component library to build thoughtful UI and components.
Advocate for and implement decisions on architectural changes like microservices or enhancing our monolith.
Ensure the codebase remains robust and scalable as our business grows.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for software quality.

What You'll Bring

2-4 years of professional development experience with a focus on both backend and frontend technologies.
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React.
Experience with TypeScript, Docker, AWS, and GraphQL API design is highly desirable.
A passion for test-driven development, pair programming, and agile methodologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

What We Offer

Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,250 annually.
