Senior Analytics Manager

Overview

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to join our Business Intelligence department. This role is pivotal in shaping our embedded analyst program and involves both individual contribution and team management. You will work closely with the Medical Affairs team, led by our Chief Medical Officer, to refine KPIs, improve data infrastructure, and develop tools and dashboards that enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Individual Contribution: Collaborate with the Medical Affairs team to understand their data needs and design a revised data infrastructure. Implement this design in collaboration with the core BI and data engineering teams using dbt. Develop tools, analyses, and dashboards to track key clinical metrics and trends.
Management: Lead a team of three embedded analysts, conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, and mentoring. Work with the director of business intelligence to refine the embedded analyst program.

Success Metrics

Reduce time spent on manual data pulling.
Develop tools that enable the Medical Affairs team to achieve their KPIs.
Grow and mentor the team of analysts, enhancing their technical and soft skills.

Qualifications

Passionate about mental health care and Spring Health’s mission.
10+ years of experience in data analytics, visualization, and dashboarding.
2+ years of experience managing a team of data analysts.
Expertise in SQL and experience with Looker or similar tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with executive team members.

Compensation

The target base salary range for this position is €147,800 - €171,650, with a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits.
