Every Health is pioneering the first tech-enabled healthcare provider specifically for the LGBTQIA+ community in Europe. Our mission is driven by the need to improve healthcare access and experiences for queer people, who statistically face higher health risks and discrimination in healthcare settings.
What You Will Work On
As a Full Stack Engineer at Every Health, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction and development of our products. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining our MVP, focusing on rapid iteration to achieve product-market fit.
- Collaborating with product designers to ensure technical feasibility and top-notch execution.
- Managing product analytics for accurate data collection and informed decision-making.
- Planning sprints, assigning tickets, and ensuring timely feature delivery.
- Integrating various systems and APIs to enhance functionality and streamline processes.
- Working closely with the product team to incorporate healthtech features that improve healthcare services.
Your contributions will be crucial to our growth and continuous innovation.
Who You Are
Ideal candidates for this role should:
- Have approximately 3+ years of experience in software/product engineering.
- Be proficient in Golang and React; experience with Kubernetes and AWS is a plus.
- Have a strong background in CI/CD systems, system integration, API management, and data handling.
- Have developed applications from scratch, either professionally or through personal projects.
- Be innovative, energetic, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Have a passion for building products that address real-world problems and enhance user experiences.
