Your Role

• Play a critical role in shaping the architecture and development of our core platform.
• Identify the right solutions to solve ambiguous, open-ended problems that require tough prioritisation and planning across teams.
• Collaborate closely and influence the roadmaps of other Nelly teams to achieve impactful business goals.
• Be hands-on writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and enforce coding standards and best practices across the team.
• Work with modern technologies such as TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js and more. We host everything on AWS and manage our infrastructure as code.
• Join a driven, highly skilled, engineering team and collaborate with talented professionals — learning from their expertise and contributing your own.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 8 years experience as a software engineer, with strong skills in TypeScript, system architecture, and cloud technologies (AWS).
• Experience delivering complex projects across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to drive positive impact and enhance development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and security practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, working well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
