Role Overview
As a Full Time Associate in our San Francisco Technology Investment Banking Group, you will play a critical role in supporting our advisory services. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex financial models, assisting in the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions, and conducting comprehensive research on industries and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate transactions and strategic decision-making.
- Transaction Execution: Assist in the execution of M&A, capital raising, and other advisory transactions, including due diligence and document preparation.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on industries, companies, and market trends to support advisory services.
- Mentorship: Mentor and train junior analysts, providing guidance on financial modeling and best practices in investment banking.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in an MBA or JD program with an anticipated graduation of Spring 2025.
- Strong financial modeling skills and a quantitative background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a team player mentality.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
