FFI Associate - Intern Conversion

About This Role

As an FFI Associate at BlackRock, you will manage investment portfolios to maximize returns within the firm's investment policies and meet client objectives. This role involves working with credit-based products, including investment-grade bonds, derivatives, and leveraged finance/high-yield bonds. You will formulate investment strategies, monitor and review portfolio performance, implement asset allocation strategies, and ensure the realization of defined performance targets.

Salary and Benefits

For New York City only, the salary range for this position is €115,000 - €147,500 annually. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits, including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy, and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department, and individual performance.

Our Hybrid Work Model
