About the Role
As a Graduate Software Engineer at Wise, you will join our dynamic Engineering team in September 2025. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact and kickstart your career in software engineering. You will be part of a global Graduate cohort, learning the essentials of being a "Wiser" in one of our offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape and build our product.
- Create clear, consistent, and high-performing interfaces.
- Understand and solve customer challenges.
Qualifications
- Graduating in 2024 or 2025 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or any STEM subject. However, a technical degree is not mandatory as our selection process prioritizes skills.
- Ready to start a full-time role on September 1st, 2025.
- Knowledge of computer science fundamentals and major programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Commitment to best coding practices and code reviews.
- Basic knowledge of modern web technologies and a strong interest in web development.
- Eligible to work in the US without any sponsorship.
