We design responsive, cross-platform, and large-scale solutions that interact with every line of business a traveler needs to build their complete trip.

Responsibilities

• Design and Lead Development: Lead cross-platform feature development in trip planning.
• Implement Solutions: Develop holistic solutions to ensure a consistent experience across platforms.
• Collaborate with Business Partners: Work closely with business partners to deliver features that delight travelers.
• Advocate for Excellence: Promote engineering excellence, exceptional usability, and outstanding quality.
• Architectural Decisions: Drive architectural decisions on our systems and their integration with the platform.
• Agile Teamwork: Be part of an agile team that is continuously learning and improving.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers to foster growth and development.

Qualifications

• Full-Stack Experience: Proficient in web solutions using React, JavaScript, Kotlin, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Collaboration: A great partner to our mobile developers and eager to expand into the mobile space.
• Complex Solutions: Experience in building complex and large-scale solutions with significant transaction volume.
• Technical Discussions: Comfortable driving technical discussions and decisions across functional teams and organizations.
• Mentorship: Committed to mentoring new developers.
• Continuous Learning: Strong desire to learn and grow.

Compensation

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $173,000.00 to $242,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $277,000.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
