IT Intern Opportunity at Bombora
Bombora, a leader in B2B intent data, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our team in New York City for an internship through 2024. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while developing essential technical skills.
Responsibilities
As an IT Intern, you will:
- Support all Bombora employees with Help Desk requests.
- Support and maintain endpoints, printers, and A/V for users that are in-office (currently NYC or Reno) and remote.
- Provide IT support for in-office meetings.
- Administrate our network, cloud, and third-party services.
- Configure Windows and Mac laptops (create accounts, enroll in hardware management, etc.) according to company standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience with technologies such as Jira and Confluence administration, Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Google Workspace administration, and Powershell.
- The ability to troubleshoot end-user issues.
- An analytical mindset and a collaborative attitude.
- A self-motivated mindset and attentiveness to assigned tasks.
- The desire to learn and currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a field such as Information Systems or Computer Science.

Compensation
The salary for this position is $25.00 per hour, up to 20 hours per week. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
