Dronamics, a leader in the aviation and aerospace component manufacturing industry, is seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is a 12-month internship with the potential to transition into a permanent role upon completion.

Role Overview
As an IT Intern, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our IT systems and productivity tools. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the security and integrity of our data, troubleshoot technical issues, and support our broader IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain productivity and collaboration tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, and O365.
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing access controls and data backup procedures.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating to third-party support when necessary.
- Provide general IT support for desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.
- Manage user accounts and permissions via Google Workspace and JumpCloud.
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for IT systems.
- Collaborate with IT team members to identify and implement system improvements.
- Configure and maintain networking equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Monitor and optimize network performance and manage security protocols.
- Deploy and manage mobile device management and endpoint security solutions.
Job Requirements
- Soon-to-be or recent graduate with a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Attention to detail and a desire to develop innovative solutions.
- Understanding of core networking principles related to WAN and LAN networks.
- Some experience with Windows OS management.
- Proficiency in English.
