About the Role
As an IT Support Engineer Intern, you will be a crucial member of our Operations team, focusing on improving our daily database migration processes. Your role will involve working closely with new customers' data to ensure it meets our high standards. Your contributions will directly impact the growth speed of bsport, making you an integral part of our success.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Extraction and Transformation: Utilize web scraping scripts to extract data and transform it to align with our standards.
- Process Monitoring: Develop processes to monitor team activities and ensure efficiency.
- Technical Improvements: Identify technical improvements in our scripts and suggest fixes.
- Customer Support: Maintain a customer-oriented approach and support customer service teams as a key technical point of contact.
- Onboarding Success: Play a pivotal role in the successful onboarding of new clients, bridging the gap between business and tech teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Language Skills: Native level of English and/or French.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Python (pandas and requests libraries are a plus), intermediate SQL, and proficiency in Excel.
- Educational Background: Engineering studies or a Master in Science in business.
- Experience: Previous experience in a start-up and data-oriented roles is highly regarded.
- Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills, team player, and a willingness to learn and be challenged.
