What You'll Do

As a Technical Support Intern, you will:

• Become an expert in evaluating and documenting bugs.
• Collaborate with our technical support and software development teams to resolve issues.
• Contribute to the maintenance and expansion of our knowledge center, helping users find answers independently.
• Monitor incoming customer support tickets for bug-related issues.
• Write clear and effective bug reports.
• Report monthly on trends in customer-reported bugs.
• Make recommendations for product and process improvements based on bug trends.
• Write and update materials in our knowledge base.

What We Expect From You

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Minimum B2 level in Dutch.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive team player with good organizational skills and a positive attitude.
• Technical skills in computer basics and a passion for solving technical problems.
• Commitment to handling customer data with integrity and care.
• Availability for a minimum internship period of 3 months.
• Bonus points if you're familiar with Zendesk and/or JIRA.
