In this role, you will be part of the IT Service Desk at the Central Head Office in Amsterdam (CHO). You will be responsible for the hardware and software that Rituals CHO and LHO (Local Head Office) employees around the world use daily to successfully do their jobs. In this service-minded environment, you know your ways. HQ I(C)T has no big secrets for you. You have learned your way in IT and you are ready for your move to let our business grow.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle all IT-related requests, tickets, and small repairs.
• Provide hardware and software technical support for our CHO and LHO employees.
• On-site support at LHO locations (mainly EU).
• Deploy laptops, add new users as part of onboarding.
• Handle general ticketing and problem escalation.
• Guard the quality and timeline of ICT support to the business.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory.
• Manage processes and different cases simultaneously.
• Contribute to IT-related projects.

You will spend most of your time at our Amsterdam Central Head Office. We hope you can appreciate the view of one of the most iconic Amsterdam canals.

The Business Technology (BT) department within Rituals is “more than IT” because it focuses on managing the business demand and supplying the necessary technology. This role is part of the BT-HQ ICT team, which manages everything related to CHO and LHO ICT topics.

• Ability to adapt to the fast-paced way of working at Rituals.
• Basic knowledge of (Azure) Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, ITIL Asset Management.
• Ability to support on Microsoft Teams Meeting Rooms.
• Knowledge of Apple products.
• Willingness to travel to our LHO (mainly EU).
• Good written and spoken communication skills (English, any other EU language would be a plus).
• Service-minded.

Note: The internship starts from 1st September and has a duration of 5-6 months.
