IT QA Engineering Intern - Rookie Program SS' 2025

About the Role

Join Under Armour's Rookie Program as an IT QA Engineering Intern and make a significant impact! This internship is designed for students enrolled in a Dutch University, either in a Bachelor or Master program, and is a mandatory part of your curriculum. The program runs from February 1st, 2025, to June 30th, 2025.

Responsibilities

Participate in multiple cross-functional product development teams.
Ensure full-stack functionality and new user-facing features are thoroughly tested before release to minimize bugs.
Create defects related to issues found during test execution.
Define the testing scope of assigned tickets.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, Delivery) to manage QA dependencies, scope, and acceptance criteria.
Understand user flows in apps and websites.
Verify functional testing and work closely with key technical analysts and business stakeholders.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews and Demos.
Coordinate project artifacts in business systems like Confluence and JIRA.
Escalate issues and impacts to delivery timelines and work proactively to remove barriers to project execution.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s program in digital, computer science, or related field.
Basic knowledge of agile principles and scrum processes.
Basic knowledge in performing root cause, change impact, and risk-based test analysis.
