Kering, a global luxury group, is seeking a QA Automation Engineer Intern to join our Advanced Development & Delivery Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Test Factory team, where you will contribute to testing best practices and help shape the future of luxury.
Your Opportunity
As a QA Automation Engineer Intern, you will be part of the Test Factory team within the Advanced Development & Delivery Department. Your mission will be to test new applications for Kering and its brands, and to enhance our testing practices.
How You Will Contribute
- Implement, Optimize, and Maintain Automated Tests: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated tests to ensure the quality of our applications.
- Execute and Analyze Tests: You will execute automated tests, analyze the results, and provide detailed reports.
- Develop Automated Tasks: Collaborate with our DevOps team to develop and implement automated tasks and jobs, contributing to our CI/CD framework.
- Participate in QA Activities: Engage in various QA activities, adhering to the highest quality standards.
- Contribute to Testing Strategy: Help shape our global testing strategy and automation approach.
- Improve Testing Practices: Work on improving our testing best practices and drive technological surveys related to testing.
Who You Are
- Educational Background: You are pursuing a degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in at least one programming language (Java is a plus) and have basic knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Docker, and Jenkins.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and are well-organized.
- Fluent in English: Strong communication skills in English are essential.
- Proactive and Curious: You are curious, autonomous, and proactive in your approach to work.
