Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Be the first point of contact for the client regarding technical questions or delivery quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the client’s technology and business teams to facilitate collaboration between different stakeholders.
- Feature Implementation: Implement new features across front-end applications, back-end servers, and databases, ensuring infrastructure support.
- Process Improvement: Empower the team to discover optimal workflows and promote a healthy work-life balance.
- Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure future collaboration.
- Agile Practices: Assist the team in adopting and following agile practices effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Broad experience in back-end, front-end, and DevOps, with a minimum of eight years relevant work experience.
- Skills: Strong knowledge in server-side programming languages like TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Java/Scala/Kotlin, Clojure, and Python. Proficiency in client-side languages and frameworks such as TypeScript/JavaScript and React, and mobile technologies like Swift and React Native.
- Leadership: Previous team-lead and consulting experience.
- Communication: Fluent in English, with Business Dutch considered a strong advantage.

Salary & Benefits
- Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from 70,000€ to 84,000€ per annum, including 8% holiday pay.
