About the Role
As a Lead Software Engineer at LogRocket, you will be at the forefront of solving complex software challenges. Your main responsibilities will include designing and implementing systems that enhance user experience and improve operational efficiency. You will work on projects such as designing a system to automatically detect user paths, implementing a real-time search backend, building a machine learning pipeline for bug detection, and automating database scaling.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement systems to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Work on a variety of projects including real-time search backends, machine learning pipelines, and database scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine projects and deliver high-quality work that aligns with the product roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide coaching to upskill team members.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in full stack or backend development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript-based applications and frameworks.
- Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems.
- Strong collaboration skills and a track record of working effectively in a team.
