About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be pivotal in developing customer-facing features and product experiences from conception to deployment. You will join a remote-first engineering team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and the use of modern tooling to enhance developer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of our web platforms.
- Build scalable APIs and services crucial for our enterprise customer portals and internal teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, sales, and domain experts to align on product roadmap and technical direction.
- Drive the adoption of strong engineering standards and processes across the team.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficient in TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experienced with backend languages, particularly Python using Django/DRF.
- Skilled in relational databases like Postgres.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
