Role Overview
As a Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer and Team Lead at Gecko Robotics, you will guide a team focused on solving high-impact problems for our customers. This role involves hands-on technical expertise, resource management, and leadership to drive project success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Act as a technical expert, providing guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers. Lead by example and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Resource Management: Manage resource allocation to balance priorities and maximize project outcomes.
- Problem Solving: Engage deeply with customers to understand and solve complex issues that affect various domains such as cash flow, production, and safety.
- Innovation and Growth: Tackle challenging problems that have not been solved before. Foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.

About You
- Experience leading a team of engineers

- Ability to work effectively in both technical and non-technical teams
Additional Information
- NYC and Washington, D.C. Pay Transparency Disclosure: Salary range is $190,000 to $265,000 annually, plus equity and perks.
