SAP is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Mid-level/Senior Front End Developer to join our Platform AI Team. About the Role

As a Front End Developer, you will be immersed in an environment that fosters innovation, with abundant opportunities for personal growth and continuous learning. You will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to ensure stable and scalable AI-based cloud services, making critical design decisions regarding the underlying architecture for the frontend, and collaborating with diverse teams to streamline and improve processes on the SAP BTP through frontend development of AI applications.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Extensive experience building responsive and user-friendly web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as SAP UI5, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of modern front-end build tools like Webpack or Rollup.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less.
• Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks for UI components, such as Material-UI, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS.
• Experience designing and implementing visually appealing and user-centered UI/UX designs.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and experience working with REST, oData, or GraphQL APIs.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Evident problem-solving skills.
• A strong desire to continuously learn and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in front-end development, particularly in areas like generative AI and AI-augmented tools.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
