Overview
Join SAP, a leading enterprise application and business AI company, as a Senior Back-End / Full Stack Developer in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is crucial for developing services on our internal developer platform, Hyperspace, which is the new entry point for 50,000 product developers at SAP.
Role Responsibilities
- Design and implement services on our internal developer platform.
- Be involved in all phases of the development lifecycle – from idea generation to development, operations, and support.
- Support your product owner in defining concepts, doing technical evaluations, and providing effort estimations.
- Collaborate with a fun, supportive, and talented team.
Team Dynamics
- Work in a cross-functional scrum team consisting of a product owner, scrum master, and further developers.
- Supported by experts worldwide, including product managers and UX designers.

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Software Developer.
- Proven programming skills in either JavaScript/TypeScript or Go.
- Experience with backend technologies like Kubernetes / Docker.
- Team player with clear written and spoken communication.
- Quality mindset and the ability to follow quality standards.
- Experience in Scrum or SAFe is beneficial.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken; we are an international team).
