Inclusively is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join a partner company specializing in voice, video, and text communication services. This role is focused on developing the next generation of social gaming features, enhancing the platform's activity feed, and ensuring a seamless user experience across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to build new features and expand existing capabilities on the activity infrastructure and feed surfaces across Web, Android, and iOS.
- Own projects end-to-end, from refining requirements with Product teams to creating technical specifications, implementing changes, and launching projects.
- Work closely with product teams to support content integrations and expand the platform’s footprint.
- Partner with Design teams to deliver visually refined and exceptional user experiences across all client platforms.
- Contribute to a fast-paced product engineering team by rapidly prototyping new features and developing principled learnings through experimentation.
- Improve the observability and tooling for the system, taking a measured approach to product evolution.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in web technologies (React, TypeScript), Android (React Native, Kotlin), iOS (React Native, Objective-C, Swift), and backend (Python, Elixir).
- A growth mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Strong product sense with empathy for internal and external users.
- A love for experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
Compensation
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000 to $175,000, plus equity and benefits.

- This is a remote position based in the United States.
