About the Role

SEON’s Identity Verification (IDV) team provides innovative ways for our customers to validate the identities of their users and identify fraudsters and malicious people. We build tools for document capturing and validation, proof of address, deep fake detection, and more.

We seek a Native Mobile Engineer (iOS / Android) to join our IDV team. You will contribute to our iOS and Android SDKs, develop new features, and maintain our current products to help our customers stop fraud.

Responsibilities

• Implement new features into our existing SDKs based on product requirements and designs.
• Participate in team meetings and share your thoughts.
• Create technical design based on product requirements.
• Deliver the product by creating high quality code and documentation.
• Maintain our products while looking for opportunities to enhance its quality and performance.
• Implement automated tests to ensure robustness, performance, and reliability.
• Help the team by reviewing code, suggesting technical and process improvements where needed and coaching your team mates.
• Keep yourself up to date with the platforms we are using, to make sure our products are aligned with their requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in native mobile development (Android and iOS)
• Ability to read, comprehend, and navigate code in various programming languages (Swift, Kotlin)
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools for mobile applications
• Ability to cooperate with team members (Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, etc)
• Out-of-the-box thinking combined with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the complete mobile development life cycle
• Experience in SDK development
• Understanding of security concepts
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Experience with CI/CD
