Join Reddit as a Product Manager in Ads Marketplace
Reddit is seeking a talented Product Manager to join our Ads Marketplace team, focusing on prediction, ranking, and machine learning models. This is a unique opportunity to shape how we monetize the Reddit platform and connect redditors with brands they love.
About the Role
As a Product Manager in the Ads Marketplace team, you will work with our core Ads Delivery team to solve foundational problems related to ad selection, matching, and ranking. Reddit operates an in-house ad stack built from the ground up by our teams. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Sciences, and Sales teams to identify opportunities and build cutting-edge ML tech that improves the performance of our ad systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product vision and backlog for key components of Reddit's advertising selection pipeline.
- Collaborate with sales, ops, and platform teams to bring new advertising offerings to market.
- Work with Engineers, PMs, Data Scientists, and Product Marketers to ideate, prioritize, and drive projects through the full product cycle, from proposal to launch.
- Utilize insights from competitive research and emerging industry trends to inform strategy and product decisions.
- Develop KPIs that track advertiser outcomes, ads marketplace efficiency metrics, adoption, and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of Product Management experience with at least 1-2 years of experience shipping impactful B2B or B2C products, with AdTech experience.
- Experience with areas such as Ads and content personalization, auctions, ranking, search, shopping and retail media networks, content understanding, information retrieval, etc.
- Experience working on ML-based AdTech products.
- Excellent analytical sense and experience driving products & business decisions that involve data analysis and experimentation.
- Strong collaborative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Engineering or Sciences.

Pay Transparency
This position offers a base salary range of $164,200—$229,900 USD. In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. Reddit offers a wide range of benefits to U.S.-based employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) program with employer match, generous time off for vacation, and parental leave.
