Role Summary
In this role as a Senior AI Cloud/Pipeline Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic research environment within the Engineering Group, specifically the Machine Learning Engineering team. You will architect, design, develop, test, and deploy on- and off-device benchmarking workflows for model zoos.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop data pipelines for ML/AI training and inferencing in the cloud.
- Deploy containerized applications to IaaS environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Work with cutting-edge AI frameworks and tools in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Collaborate with teams across time zones in an agile environment.
- Mentor and teach within the team, enhancing the overall knowledge and skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong theoretical background in AI and general ML techniques.
- Hands-on experience with model training, inference, evaluation, and various AI/ML tools like PyTorch, ONNX, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with model quantization, profiling, and running models on edge devices.
- Development of full stack web applications using frameworks such as Ruby-on-Rails, Django, Phoenix/Elixir, Spring, Node.js.
- Knowledge of relational database design and optimization with Postgres, MySQL.
