About This Role
As a Senior AI Engineer at Writer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing state-of-the-art generative AI models and algorithms. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of software engineers, data scientists, and researchers to design and deploy AI solutions that drive our innovative products.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evolve our software architecture for new AI-powered capabilities.
- Evaluate and deploy LLM-based applications, ensuring their performance and scalability.
- Integrate AI capabilities into production systems, enhancing efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest AI and ML research to enhance our capabilities.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust production systems for retrieval and agentic tasks.
- Implement strong testing and CI/CD practices to ensure reliability and performance.
Is This You?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
- Proficiency in Python and systems design.
- Experience with LLMs and large-scale models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
