Role Overview

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer specializing in Large Language Models (LLM) to join our Data Engineering team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a startup-like initiative within Manychat, where you can continuously learn, grow, and contribute to groundbreaking projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and support our AI Platform, an extension of our Data Platform designed to support all internal and external AI (LLM-based) features of Manychat, such as smart agents, helpers, detectors, and co-pilots.
• Design new AI features and support them with data.
• Design logging and live quality monitoring approaches.

What You’ll Bring

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Python (Python 3, data processing, and analytics) and strong skills in SQL for data analysis and investigation.
• Machine Learning Expertise: Knowledge of machine learning concepts such as classification, learning, metrics, and overfitting. Basic knowledge of deep learning, LLM (transformers, attention mechanism), and prompting.
• System Design Skills: Experience in designing complex, evolving IT systems with AI, ML, and analytical components.
• Data-centric Experimentations: Understanding of data-driven hypothesis testing and the skill of proving arguments with data in a scientific way.
• Communication Skills: English B1/B2 level to participate in complex technical and mathematical discussions. Knowledge of the Russian language is a plus.
• Innovative Spirit: A drive to think out of the box, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the team's goal of being a profitable unit.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate and share knowledge within the team and the broader organization.

Salary

• Approximate annual salary depends on the candidate's level, starting from €70,000.00 gross.
