What You’ll Do:

• Architect and Design: Develop scalable platform solutions for high transaction web applications, focusing on Event-Driven Service Architecture.
• System Integration: Implement systems that efficiently integrate with existing infrastructure and third-party services.
• Platform Maintenance: Design, modify, and maintain complex platform systems, ensuring high reliability and scalability.
• Feature Implementation: Lead the planning and implementation of platform features, considering multiple data sources and output requirements.
• Testing and Documentation: Test, document, and provide operating instructions for all architectural designs and implementations.
• Innovative Solutions: Explore alternative design approaches to determine the best solution, balancing system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Independent Work: Work independently under general guidance, keeping the team informed of progress and any challenges encountered.

What You Have:

Candidates must have expert experience in the following technologies:

• Ruby on Rails and/or Go
• SQL (Postgres)
• Kubernetes and Docker for containerization and orchestration
• Designing, operating, and troubleshooting distributed software systems
• Linux or similar UNIX-like operating systems

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Experience in any of the following technologies: React, Redux, Webpack, Turborepo or Lerna, CSS/SCSS/Styled Components, Jest

Where You’ll Live:

This is a remote position so anywhere in the U.S.
