Our teams, including Market Pricing and Plan & Execute, develop seamless products that allow our customers to manage compensation with ease.
What We're Looking For
We seek a Senior Backend Software Engineer with over 5 years of experience in modern web technologies such as TypeScript, Node/Express, MySQL, Redis, and BigTable. You should have a solid architectural vision, capable of making long-term system design decisions and performance optimizations. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as you'll work closely with both technical and non-technical teams to determine the most effective solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
Pave offers a competitive salary range of $195,500 to $264,500, targeting the 75th percentile of the market.
