Role Summary
The Technical Analyst will engage in activities related to system analysis, business change, and project management. This role involves gathering requirements, defining and analyzing business requirements, and documenting processes. It is crucial for the Technical Analyst to facilitate the negotiation of requirements among multiple stakeholders and support systems analysis, development, testing, and production support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Play an integration advisory role, guiding clients to extract maximum value from our platform products.
- Responsible for the functional design of technical payment solutions, including the integration of external systems.
- Prepare and challenge business requirements documentation to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Analyze confirmed business requirements and define solution options.
- Facilitate workshops with customers and users to gather and clarify requirements.
- Support the handover to systems analysis and development teams, ensuring smooth transitions and knowledge transfer.
