Your Impact
As a Senior Consultant at OpenText, you will lead consulting and implementation projects, providing expert support to our project teams in document-related Enterprise Information Management projects. You will oversee the integration of our products into customer applications such as SAP ERP, SAP Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft, and more.
What The Role Offers
- Consulting, conception, realization, and introduction of solutions in the area of automated business processes
- Focus on digital content and extended document management (OpenText xECM)
- Process mapping, optimization, and design of functional and technical business processes and enhancements
- Consultancy on best practice processes
- Configuration, programming, and implementation of process flows and their tests
What You Need To Succeed
- A successfully completed degree in computer science, or commercial training with IT work experience, or comparable training
- Extensive knowledge of ERP, CRM, and/or ECM systems
- Strong customer orientation and advanced consulting skills
- Proficiency in software configuration and programming, e.g., ABAP
- Significant project experience in the SAP environment, SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, SAP Hybris C4C, and/or Salesforce
- Excellent general understanding of IT
- Good written and spoken English and Italian language skills
