Your Impact

At OpenText, we are looking for a motivated, highly passionate experienced developer or architect for the Connect development team. The team focus is to develop first-class synchronization products to sync various data types between different OpenText products.

Realistic simulations of APIs and virtual services get rid of wait times that slow development and testing down. OpenText™ Service Virtualization helps you remove dependencies and bottlenecks with its simulation capabilities.

What The Role Offers

• Thorough assessment and analysis of system requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage and anticipation of business and user implications.
• Guiding the translation of requirements into actionable development plans, with accurate estimations and detailed task divisions.
• Developing and enhancing the product, predominantly in .NET while also integrating with other technologies.
• Participating in creating new products and services.
• Working smoothly with local and remote multi-geo R&D and non-R&D teams, while keeping high visibility and effective communication.
• Working according to high execution standards, while adhering to project goals and ensuring high quality.

What You Need To Succeed

• Experience working with .NET/C# for at least 3 years.
• Outstanding technological orientation - ability to learn, analyze and troubleshoot various technologies.
• Nice to have but not mandatory: Spring.NET, Hibernate, SQL, Knowledge of REST and SOAP, JMS/MQ, WFP/XAML and Kendo/Telerik.
• Customer-oriented focus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Experience in test-driven development using testing frameworks such as JUnit and Selenium.
• Competency in managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with meticulous attention to detail.
