- Technical Proficiency: Deepen your technical knowledge in CMS, CRM, ERP, and cloud services.
- Workshop Facilitation: Organize and moderate agile workshops and meetings, contributing to the consulting unit's growth.

Requirements
- Education & Experience: A degree in business or technical field with at least 3 years of experience in consulting or project management.
- Agile Expertise: Advanced experience with Agile methodologies, acting as Scrum Master or Product Owner.
- Technical Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using Jira and planning project scopes through user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
