Join our innovative team as a Lead Revenue Operations, where you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and preparing all revenue-related data/reportings in systems like Salesforce, Planhat, etc. You will be responsible for designing and implementing business processes, dashboards, reportings, and standards considering existing tools and system architecture. Your goal will be to develop the existing system architecture to achieve the highest possible degree of automation and optimal business revenues.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and prepare revenue-related data and reportings.
- Design and implement business processes and standards.
- Develop system architecture for maximum automation and revenue optimization.
- Implement innovative and AI-powered tools to enhance business efficiency.
- Link areas such as Sales, Key Account Management, Finance, Marketing, and possibly Support and Product.
Your Profile
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or System Administration.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for details.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to train internal teams and stakeholders.
- Technically savvy with a pragmatic mindset focused on process improvement.
- High level of initiative and motivation, ideally with some startup experience.
