About the Role
Join Productboard's AI team as a Senior Data Scientist where you will be pivotal in driving the development and expansion of AI capabilities within our product management platform. This role involves a blend of technical expertise and team collaboration, ensuring the delivery of high-quality AI features that enhance user experience and product functionality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in the design and implementation of machine learning models and AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend and frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to integrate AI features.
- Conduct ML research to explore new business use cases and improve existing solutions.
- Manage the performance and testing of ML systems in a production environment.
- Engage in knowledge sharing and act as a mentor within the team.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks and tools.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks like Airflow and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with AWS, Git, CI/CD, Docker, Helm, and Kafka.
- Strong background in data science, particularly in NLP and predictive analytics.
