About the Role
As a Senior Data Scientist at Similarweb, you will be at the forefront of our mission to power businesses with the best digital data. You will be responsible for creating data models that help analyze the petabytes of data we receive from various sources, and research and develop new features and capabilities for our product solutions. This role will report to our Team Manager, R&D.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a data research team alongside other data engineers, data scientists, and data analysts.
- Tackle complex data challenges and bring new solutions and algorithms to production.
- Analyze data from various sources, turning it into usable input.
- Initiate newly defined tasks from exploration to proof of concept.
- Own the finalization of defined tasks (from POC to production).
- Implement the desired solution in production.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure desired production results.
- Create key metrics and develop new models and capabilities for our product solutions.
- Own the ongoing validation process for existing metrics.
