Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of advanced AI solutions, particularly focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs). This role involves designing, developing, and deploying LLM-based systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced LLM-based systems.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Project Leadership: Lead technical projects related to LLMs, focusing on system optimization and scalability.
- Integration: Utilize LangChain technology to streamline interactions between language models and structured data.
- Experimentation: Conduct experiments to refine AI solutions, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Product Integration: Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI technologies into user-centric solutions.
- Research Contribution: Contribute to research initiatives and publish findings in major technology conferences and journals.
Requirements
- Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing RAG systems for complex data extraction and analysis.
- Experience: Extensive experience with programming and data analysis tools, including Node.js.
- Research Skills: Strong foundation in experimental design and a research-oriented approach to problem-solving in data science.
- AI Modelling: Demonstrated expertise in large language models and AI frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a portfolio of deploying effective AI solutions in real-world settings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud technologies and modern practices to deploy and scale AI models.
- Communication: Effective communication skills, with proficiency in English and Czech.
