Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the Role

Join Productboard as a Senior Fullstack Engineer and be part of a dynamic team that's innovating at the intersection of user experience and technological execution. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that influence the growth and direction of our product management platform, which is used by over 6,000 companies worldwide.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop features with real value for our unique product management system.
Lead and participate in the design and implementation of complex software applications.
Guide new customers by introducing them to Productboard, demonstrating how to use specific features effectively.
Analyze and optimize client acquisition and retention strategies.
Work on pricing strategies and package compositions to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Utilize A/B testing tools like Optimizely and LaunchDarkly to refine experiments based on results.

Technical Skills

Proficient in TypeScript, React.js for frontend development.
Skilled in Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, Kafka for backend development.
Experience with storage solutions like Postgres, OpenSearch, Redis.
Familiar with data pipelines using Python, Keboola, Looker, Snowflake.
Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform.

About You

5+ years of experience in web application development with a focus on both frontend and backend.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record in growth-related challenges.
Excellent collaboration skills with teams across Product, Marketing, and Go To Market strategies.
Deep understanding of business KPIs related to conversion, engagement, adoption, and churn.
