Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing, and managing secure, scalable cloud solutions within Azure.
- Developing Java-based web applications with a focus on DevOps practices.
- Maintaining automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, integrating CI/CD practices to streamline application delivery.
- Utilizing infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Microsoft Bicep for automated provisioning and management of cloud resources.
- Configuring and managing Splunk for comprehensive log aggregation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Working with Azure Entra ID, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Scripting with PowerShell and using Azure CLI for various operational tasks.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong knowledge in Azure Cloud DevOps, including Azure Virtual Network, Storage, and Database.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Bicep, Splunk, PowerShell scripting, and Azure CLI.
- Experience with CI/CD practices.
- Development experience in Java Web Applications, familiar with Spring Boot and Spring Framework, including Spring Security Library and OAuth Integration.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Lead the design, deployment, and management of Azure Cloud infrastructure to support critical applications, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Utilize Azure services extensively to meet application and business requirements.
