About the Role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented Front-End Engineer II to join our Marketing team. This role is pivotal in building the future of experiences and content management at AWS Marketing. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the services and tools that power AWS marketing across multiple channels, including aws.amazon.com, AWS Consoles, and Emails. Our tools are utilized by thousands of internal users across various teams within AWS.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Angular and React.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, distributed front-end experiences.
Implement and optimize user interfaces for performance and usability.
Contribute to the decision-making service that powers website, console, and email channels.
Work on product metrics for the marketing website and manage marketing activities through multiple UIs.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of professional front-end, web, or mobile software development experience using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node.
Experience building scalable, distributed front-end experiences.

Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year to $223,600/year, depending on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. AWS offers a total compensation package, including equity, sign-on payments, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
