Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join our Engineering team at Collabera. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern technologies like React.js and Next.js. You will be part of a dynamic team, working to translate requirements into deliverables, maintain software functionality, and ensure our web applications meet high standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Web Applications: You will write React.js and Next.js components, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with team members to develop and maintain high-quality web applications.
- Ensure Software Quality: Write unit tests and maintain documentation to ensure software functionality and reliability.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to deliver on project requirements and timelines.
- Optimize Performance: Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure optimal user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience with React.js and Next.js. Previous experience in UI development is highly recommended.
- Education: A college degree is highly recommended, or 8 years of IT/coding experience without a 4-year degree.
- Skills: Proficiency in HTML, ES6, Git, and responsive design. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like the Atlassian suite is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in React/Next.js are highly recommended.
- Experience with web accessibility and responsive design using frameworks like Tailwind.
