As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Kpler, you will be a pivotal player in our engineering team, specializing in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js and mapping technologies like Leaflet. You will lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable and maintainable frontend solutions, ensuring technical excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and Lead: Guide a team of frontend engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Collaborate and Design: Work closely with product managers and designers to define technical requirements and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Technical Excellence: Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
- Innovate and Improve: Stay updated with industry trends, advocating for the adoption of new technologies to enhance product capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in frontend development, particularly with React.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with mapping technologies like Leaflet or MapboxGL is highly desirable.
