About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on front-end technologies to join our dynamic team at Oscar. In this role, you will lead the development of user-friendly interfaces and contribute significantly to our product enhancements. Your primary focus will be on architecting and developing scalable front-end solutions using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable frontend solutions ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to translate design concepts into functional, responsive interfaces.
- Lead frontend development efforts across multiple projects, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay on top of emerging frontend technologies and best practices, championing innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in FullStack development, with a strong emphasis on frontend technologies.
- Proficiency in React, with demonstrable experience in building complex, production-ready applications.
- Solid understanding of modern frontend development tools and libraries, including Redux, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js or Python is a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality frontend solutions within fast-paced, Agile environments.
- Prior experience working with startups and a deep understanding of startup culture.
