Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Seattle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our cutting-edge internal tools that support our restaurant operating system. This role requires a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on creating scalable and efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities

Data-Driven Development: Contribute to a data-centric development team, focusing on the evolution of our internal tools.
Project Planning: Engage in strategic planning and execution of various internal projects.
Agile Methodologies: Implement and test software using agile methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with a collaborative team to enhance and support technology solutions.
Code Contribution: Write, debug, maintain, and test code for diverse projects, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
Architectural Design: Design scalable systems with a focus on architecture and long-term sustainability.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Innovation: Drive innovation within the team and support technological advancements.
Full Stack Development: Switch between Java-based backend services and frontend implementation as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: 5-8 years of domain experience in full-stack development.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, React.js, and experience with data analytics or data dashboards.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with non-engineering stakeholders.
Individual Contribution: A track record of significant contributions in previous roles, showcasing your ability to make a meaningful impact.
