Role Summary
As the founding member of our software engineering team, you will have the unique opportunity to set the direction for our technology and product development. You will be involved in all stages of the platform's lifecycle, from conception through deployment, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain our financial coaching platform and marketplace.
- Collaborate with a team of financial experts and developers to create innovative solutions.
- Utilize a wide range of technologies including JavaScript, React, Node.js, and AWS.
- Ensure the platform's scalability, security, and reliability.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in software development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with AWS and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and testing practices.
- Passion for personal finance and a commitment to improving financial well-being.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
