About the Role
Join Manda as a Senior Full-Stack Developer and be part of a team that is transforming the traditional codes of real estate to offer a seamless and transparent experience to its clients. You will be part of the Tech & Product team, which plays a crucial role in designing and enhancing our platform and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding and Integration: Start with a comprehensive two-week onboarding program to understand our stack and operations before fully integrating into the team.
- Product Development: Participate in the technical design of new features. Each project is conceived by the product manager in collaboration with a developer to ensure feasibility and sound technical architecture.
- Agile Practices: Engage in agile methodologies with two-week sprints. Participate in agile ceremonies like daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes.
- Technical Execution: Develop features primarily using the Rails framework and server-side rendering with Turbo and Stimulus. Handle front-end complexities on projects using Vue.js. Write comprehensive tests to ensure the reliability of your features.
- Quality and Collaboration: Review code and participate in team training sessions. Work on performance and scalability issues, handling more than 10,000 visitors per day.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in web development, preferably with a product-oriented approach.
- Skills: Strong in code architecture and aware of good development practices like CI/CD, code review, and pair programming.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science or related field.
